CU*EasyPay! is Moving Forward!
What's happening?
CU*EasyPay! is being upgraded to use the CheckFree version 4.1.1 software. Also, scheduled payments will be withdrawn from your account via ACH or a check drawn on your checking account.
What will the new CU*EasyPay! look like?
Right away you'll notice the face lift, starting with the main CU*EasyPay! page, shown here. This page, which appears first when you click the "Pay Your Bills" link in CU*@HOME home banking, is now a centralized "Payment Center" that shows bills to pay, reminders, scheduled payments, and payment history all in one place. Fewer clicks to get down to business!

Having trouble finding a favorite feature?
Since the navigation has changed along with the terms used for some features, use this handy reference if you're having trouble finding a familiar feature:
Will I still be able to see my old payee names and history from before?
Yes. All transaction history and payee information will be retained, so you can start paying bills right away! Your existing automated payments also will continue as before.
How will the actual payments be handled?
All payments will be handled in one of two ways, depending on who you are paying:
- Via an electronic payment using ACH (Automated Clearinghouse), or
- Via a printed check drawn on your own account...just like a personal check you write by hand (remember those?).
Hint: These checks will start with the number 5000 and increment up from there.
Any other changes I should watch for?
Make a note to take a look at the Terms & Conditions that will be available once the new application is in place.
When are the changes happening?
The upgrade is planned for Saturday, September 30, 2006. If you try to access CU*EasyPay! while the upgrade is underway, you'll get a message, so please try again later!
